WebYesterday I got the second pattern for Explosive Personality. Then I crafted the first version. In order to put enhanced Frenzy I had to get it to level 13. The best way I found was to do normal strikes. It gets about 42% of a level per strike. Additionally I found that running "The Devil's Lair" was the best progress.
