WebCam can't differentiate between your GPU graphics and your CPU-integrated graphics. To solve this I disabled the GPU integrated graphics and it immediately started showing my GPU temperature. To do this go to the windows start button right click > device manager > display adapters > right-click on UHD graphics and disable the device.
