You could have a fuel pump diaphragm with a pinhole, a leaking carb, etc. One other thing to check is make sure your fuel tank vent is clear and not plugged or even partially plugged. If the tank can't breath it creates a vacuum or suction in the tank as it runs. WebFeb 22, 2024 · The plug is on the motor under the hood, it used to be a round red plug, it changed in the 90s and became a black rectangle or square plug.
