WebAug 27, 2015 · I upgraded to Windows 10 last night. I tried plugging my iPod into my computer, and had a weird issue. It would look like it was trying to connect (the hidden icons bar kept shaking like it was trying to connect rapidly) and after about 30 seconds it just disconnects with the iPod--I get the "OK to disconnect" screen. If not try a different cable and/or carefully check and clean out the dock connector if required.
